Allstate Home Loans is a non bank lender for today.

We commenced in 1995 and have written over $1 billion in home loans for Australians. Whether you are a first home buyer, looking to invest or wanting to upgrade your home, we have the loan for you.

We work differently to a bank. We do not have branches; we do not have large advertising campaigns. We do not have sales staff pressuring you to buy more products. We rely on accredited introducers such as mortgage brokers, Financial Planner, Real Estate Agents and Accountants. To gain accreditation these firms must obtain and maintain a high standard of education and compliance.

Allstate Home Loans offer a wide selection of home loan built around the needs of our clients. Principal & Interest or interest only, owner occupied or investor. Variable and fixed rates, we’ve go them all.

As your mortgage manager we take care of you and your loan from the time of application through to the day you pay your loan off. We offer internet banking with all our loans and a free call 1800 number for your convenience. Also our customer services staff is right he in Australia and you don’t have to talk to a machine first.

And unlike the banks we treat you as a person. We like to know you by your name, not your account number. Personal service is still important to us.

Our Funds

We obtain our funds from safe and well established funders from the money markets. These funders include Australian Banks. All our funders hold a minimum A rating and are rated by both Moodys and Standard and Poors. Recently many of the bonds the funders have issued have been purchased by the Australian Office of Financial Management, an agency owned by the Federal Government.
