Copy of Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL) membership
Copy of MFAA or FBAA membership
Copy of AML/CTF completion
Copy of ASIC licence
Copy of Cert 4 in mortgage broking
Clear copy of ID
Two current lender references
