Our Navy range of products offers Full Doc products to 95% (OO & Inv), SMSF to 90%, and Altdoc loans to 80% LVR as well as catering for Expats and New Residents with an extensive acceptable Visa list.  Security locations are primarily Cat 1 & 2 with a minimum population of 20,000.

Our Navy commercial range has a maximum 75% LVR and caters for Altdoc, Full Doc and SMSF for Commercial Securities in Category 1 or 2 locations. Puts the owner back in control – not the major banks! No Annual Reviews, No Revaluations!
